Today's Forecast

Rain has already begun moving into western Siouxland early this morning. Best give radar a check before you head out this morning, but I think it's safe to say that the majority of folks will need the rain gear. Highs today, as a result will only make it into the 60s as rain lets up by this evening. A dry, but strong cold front will make its way through Siouxland at around midnight tonight which will bring some strong northwesterly winds behind it. So as you plan your Friday, plan for some gusty 20-30 mile per hour winds throughout the day. Not to mention high temperatures only reaching the low to mid 50s. Winds will calm down a bit by Friday evening and overnight which will create a cold night in the 30s. Those will bounce back into the upper 50s come Saturday with a return to the 60s expected by next week.
